What is the Aura Soma
Aura Soma, developed in 1984 by Vicky Wall, combines the healing energies of colors, plants and crystals to clean, harmonize and balance the aura of a subject, helping emotions, mind, body and spirit. Through the universal language of colors, one is able to recognize oneself, discover who we are and understand the gifts and challenges for inner growth .
In essence, Aura Soma has 109 colored bottles as its fulcrum, each of which has two layers, an oily resting on a watery one.
The upper part contains essential oils and the energies of the crystals, while the lower part is composed of plant extracts, buds, crystals and water that comes from the sacred site of Chalice Well in Glastonbury in England.
Aura Soma therefore takes care of the energy rebalancing : after shaking it, the bottle is applied to the body where it is absorbed by the skin, to penetrate the lymphatic system and move into the body area and into our energy centers, the chakras, where its energy is more in demand. In essence, becoming a teacher Aura Soma means operating a synthesis of chromotherapy, aromatherapy and crystal therapy. The system is not the simplest and only an Aura Soma consultant can introduce a practitioner to the discipline.
Who is the Aura Soma consultant
As anticipated, there are available 105 two-tone bottles of Aura Soma formed by a watery and an oily layer, perfectly divided in half. During an Aura Soma consultation, four color combinations are chosen. The choice of bottles is made with mental detachment, letting the soul identify, through the colors, the vibrations it needs to harmonize and regain its balance.
Becoming an Aura Soma teacher means having the task of interpreting and facilitating the understanding of the sequence of the chosen colors . The first bottle provides information on the potential we have to express, the second represents the lessons we have chosen to learn in our evolutionary process. The third and fourth bottles correspond to our present attitude with respect to the potential of our soul and to the energies that move towards us from the future.
Through the consultant, the mirror (consisting of the four bottles chosen) can be read or interpreted. In fact, the consultant, having an adequate preparation, is able not only to be able to recognize on the mirror the multiplicity of what is reflected, but also to focus and select the issues that most need to be recognized and considered. Finally, the consultant provides his energetic support, vital for an energy operation.
Become a teacher of Aura Soma
Only those people who have passed through the training stages, provided by the Tetford International Academy of Color, are considered consultants to Aura Soma . Consultants play a very important role in the therapeutic system. The Aura Soma Italia center, in Rome, hosts courses every year to become Aura Soma teachers.
Aura Soma courses are usually divided into different levels : basic, intermediate, PPS, advanced, Asiact and experiential. After the PPS, the student can offer presentations to small local groups and participate in fairs to describe the Aura Soma system to those who stop by the stand. He can also register to be an Aura Soma practitioner. Asiact accredited courses, on the other hand, are valid courses for the renewal of the Certificate of Qualification to practice the profession of Aura-Soma practitioner. The Experiential Courses are not certified by Asiact . The Practitioners and Consultants can be registered as " Sharing Day", to be used for renewal at enrollment in the Register of Practitioners and Consultants (minimum 6 hours per year).
