When the heat advances

10. Yes to good habits

Do not consume alcohol, do not give in to carbonated and sweetened cold drinks, do not smoke, avoid caffeine from three in the afternoon onwards, as well as heavy, fried foods and "warming" foods. The ice cream? Yes, but only homemade, healthy and natural ice cream!
