Sacred as the space to look for oneself

Sacred as the space to make space and find that space to know each other. Sorry for what, rather than a play on words, is a pure repetition. Sacred as the desire to take oneself by the hand to go following the need to see this great game of the world, roles, destinies, encounters, act within and without oneself.

Sacred as the disposition to change skin, idea, city.

This journey goes to all these spaces above.

Unplanned, hilarious, serenely alive. I am talking about this interview with Paola Germani, but, to reread it well, these are qualities that belong greatly to the interviewee. I write completely impartially, so completely neutral.

It is that I want a lot of good to Paola, just said so, in the most professional way, since wanting the good is the universal profession . I believe this woman is part of that precious group that has realized how important two basic factors are, its base:

  • Do not break the soul of others by complaining;
  • Dance , sing as soon as you can.

"My sacred space" is his first writing, a little book I read in the Spanish version (translation of Meritxell Iglesias Carbonell), published in July 2012 by Spazio Interiore . Not even 100 pages in which many techniques flow, therapies, cities, air and rail tickets, heartbeats, sweat drops. We talk about it here at Cure-naturali.it because we are interested in travel and efforts to get inside .

Paola loves the movement, she was a professor of physical education, she studied pedagogy and energy rebalancing techniques.

In his eyes there are 30 years of research in India, Italy, Thailand. The first time I met them I saw again that feeling of feeling a little elsewhere with my heart, without suffering, with a kind of calm tendency towards .

Soma aura, synchronicity, holotropic breathing.

Dublin, Pune, Rishikesh, Varanasi, Istanbul, Bangkok, Rome and other places.

Time jumps, gentle encounters, dreams, rhythm of steps.

This small booklet is very much oriented towards harmony, on how to stay in the world that does not consume, but generates further beauty. In 1995 life puts Paola in front of everything that means learning to let go of certainties, guarantees, stability. And the great pain that makes the mind rediscover a natural instinct that we too often resist: change.

Then there is the undergrowth of a great personal exploration in the world of so many therapies that we treat in our portal. It is a truth that I would feel like writing in large letters at the end of each article on holistic therapies: the therapist or therapist show us the way, accompany us; the work is carried out internally, seeking, insisting, helping with extreme complicity with one's visible and hidden talents.

Do you travel even while standing still or do you need to move, go to the East or other destinations?

My journey started with a synchronicity that I felt I wanted to listen to. It was not going to be a tourist, in fact, the opposite. If I found myself in those specific places it was because I could solve what was there to solve at that moment. Making the decision to go is like going through books, using coincidences.

An example? Just when I was reviewing my relationship with death I found myself in Varanasi which is the city where death can be seen. Some destinations are nothing but steps to make you more aware.

Your book has a lot to do with synchronicity and with this game of resonance and attraction in which we are immersed. If you're busy or worried, isn't life manifested to you? Or just because you're busy the things that would be good for you don't come near you?

We are made of vibrations that resonate at a certain frequency. It is about getting out of the vibrations of matter, connecting with one's self and all our bodies. In this wave there are both favorable events and the silence that is used to listen to the inner voice.

How to identify moments of inner silence of vital importance, learning to exploit them to the fullest?

Who thinks badly, curses, complains affects our vibratory field?

Yes. Look, we are born with a single task in life: to be custodians of this soul. You want to be brought to a larger, extended point. Everything else is ... er ... (laughs) ... we understand each other.

Does the soul have the task of thinking about itself?

Yes . When I decide to do so, I begin a journey. For one it can mean traveling, for another staying at home. It is said that there is something that is right in an absolute sense.

What does it mean to take care of yourself?

Express your intention to the universe. The universe can see that you are doing it seriously, you can give it proof. Going to the places I write about in the book was above all responding to a growth I had decided to make. I wrote it for myself, I never thought it would be published.

You can breathe this dimension of existing as well as play in the book. Life is a game?

In terms of Hindu philosophy one speaks of Lila or Leela (in Sanskrit लीला: pastime, game ).

This is the creative game of God, which, after having created everything, opened up, launched extractions almost to play and see what would happen. I, you, would be cells that the divine has "thrown out". Consider that for a long time I had the rejection of the tradition from which I come: this iconography of sadness, scourged saints, blood, punishment, guilt. Studying Indian religions, I realized that beyond these human structures there was an intense, different sense.

Many people are mythologized by India. Should we go there to understand?

Look, it means more than anything to get away from the convictions in which we are immersed, to break away from our environment. This allows you to create a useful force then to develop change even on other levels.

Many singers, see Madonna, Alanis Morissette and others eventually manifest to India something that, summarized, looks like a: thank you. What would you thank her for?

India is feminine , it welcomes you, supports you and asks you nothing in return. This is the big difference, if you want, compared to other goals.

Imagine it as a person standing there and waiting for you with open arms. Obviously, it has changed a lot over time, but here you get off the plane and you feel relieved, something you don't know how to define supports you, it leaves you the chance to live and explore all your vital energy .

You can understand who you are, what you need. This country can open a phase that, like any phase, is momentary, but can produce a profound, flourishing, abundance-oriented change.

What does it mean to be Zen in times of crisis?
