Wellness and harmony with a relaxation technique



Are you aware of those days when psychophysical harmony seems unattainable? Sometimes happens. In the car you are nervous, at work you cannot communicate with colleagues ... the tension rises, when you return home you feel under pressure and you risk fighting even with your family.

Today's life is not easy : before deciding to run away to a desert island, I suggest you try a balance technique, which will help you feel more calm and a greater sense of well - being .

But above all: use this imaginative technique to increase the energy of your body and decrease the sense of tiredness.

If you do it in the evening before sleeping, lie down, while if you need to find more harmony to face another piece of the day, do it sitting down, with a straight back. 1. Breathe slowly for a few minutes. Do nothing but listen to the sound of the breath entering and leaving your body, without forcing it. Watch, listen and do nothing else.

2. After a few minutes of breathing, shift your attention to your body . Imagine looking at it from the outside. See it as an empty and transparent shell. Meanwhile continue to breathe.

3. Imagine seeing a spherical light in the center of the body, of a bright blue color. The luminous sphere pulsates and at each pulsation becomes larger. 4. Increase the luminous sphere more and more, until it completely fills your body-shell with celestial light. Stay in this situation for as long as you need to feel calm and at peace with yourself. You will find that your breathing gradually becomes wider. 5. At this point, make the sphere smaller again to make it come back small, then return to focus your attention on the sound of the breath. At this point, regain contact with your physical body and reopen your eyes.

This exercise takes a few minutes and works very well to make it easier to fall asleep at night. His sense of harmony and well-being will improve quickly: we know that a harmonious body becomes efficient, with less inflammation and fatigue.

If you play sports, this meditation for harmony will help you gradually improve your performance, without the need for medicines or supplements. Your imagination will work for you.

Important: if possible avoid listening to music during the exercise . The only sound you need to hear is that of breathing.
