There are apparently unjustified anxiety conditions, forms of nervousness caused by stress, haste, worries about work. Life is often so hectic that at some point they can literally "get on their nerves" for nothing.
Let us help ourselves with a simple remedy of aromatherapy, the essential oil with its magical powers, pleasant, fragrant, persuasive that can release tension and allow us to " take it easy ", perhaps with a smile.
We see some essential oils which are very different in their characteristics, but on the other hand nervousness is generated by different causes!
Lavender essential oil
The color of lavender is already relaxing. It carries past memories, the scent of the fresh and the clean, the Provencal countryside and its evocative image of tranquility, simple things and natural rhythms. Its sweet and floral scent relaxes the nerves, rests the anxieties, balances the nervous system.
The properties of lavender are innumerable and its essential oil strengthens its validity: it is anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, ideal for all psychosomatic disorders generated by prolonged stress conditions, such as headaches, cervical tensions, insomnia, colic, irritability.
A few drops of lavender essential oil in an aroma diffuser, to permeate the environment in which we live, or on the pillow of sleep, are enough to reach our depth and help us find calm and fight nervousness.
Jasmine essential oil
Jasmine has a very intense, sweet and not everyone can like it. It is an essential oil of heart, which speaks to our emotions, to the "belly" vibrations that resonate in our center of gravity.
It possesses "unlocking" properties, that is, it dissolves emotional blocks, linked above all to the sexual and sentimental sphere. It speaks to the hormonal system and is therefore very effective against pre-menstrual syndromes: declines in mood, apathy, irritability.
Restores the right tones, stimulates the production of endorphins, helps to restore good humor. Jasmine essential oil is very feminine, widespread in Chinese culture and linked to elegant and refined forms of seduction.
A few drops in a warm relaxing bath, or in a diffuser to inebriate and intoxicate.
Sweet orange essential oil
The sweet orange has a scent that captivates, not surprisingly it is an essential oil of the head, which reaches the mental sphere in a very direct way. When you breathe it, you would not stop sniffing it. Its fresh and fruity perfume intoxicates, envelops, tickles the imagination. It has antispasmodic, digestive, sedative and anti- fatigue properties .
The essential oil of sweet orange is very physical: it relaxes muscular tensions, facilitates digestion, fights intestinal stagnation and meteorism, fights states of stress-induced tiredness and helps sleep.
Its properties are reflected at the mental level: it relaxes the nervous system, facilitates the "digestion" of difficult situations, defacts the mind and allows it to rest and sleep.
The essential oil of sweet orange can be used in a hot bath or in a room diffuser .
Lemon essential oil
The scent of lemon is known by everyone and therefore easily recognizable. It is citrusy, captivating for its sweet and persistent notes. It is a head aroma, indicated to dissolve mental tensions, circular and engulfing thoughts.
It has broad-spectrum purifying properties and if it is true that our brain is analogous to our intestines, lemon essential oil is ideal to purify it of useless, wasteful, putrefactive ideas for our freedom of thought.
It performs its calming action at the level of the central nervous system, counteracting states of anxiety, nervousness and insomnia. Stimulates memory, blood and lymphatic circulation. Unblocks venous stasis and oedematous stagnation.
A few drops in a room diffuser, or in a carrier oil for a simple massage to the legs and arms.
