On our skin we can read our state of well-being or discomfort. The color, texture, elasticity and tone are all indicators of our conditions inside and out.

    • Infusion: 2 or 3 cups a day
    • A remedy from naturopathy - Rebalancing tonic : keep the infusion in a vial, add 5 drops of argan oil, 2 drops of essential carrot oil, mix well. After cleaning the skin, tap this emollient and skin restorative tonic on the face.

    Aloe Vera, to re-mineralise the skin
