Camomile digestive herbal tea

Ingredients:

> a spoonful of whole flowers

> a cup of water

Chamomile is used for whole flowers, one teaspoon per cup, left to infuse for up to five minutes; if you like it you can add a few seeds of fennel, cumin, with the deflating power, or a few drops of lemon and honey. To drink in the evening before bedtime .

Simple and functional, this herbal tea helps in digestion and promotes relaxation, is antispasmodic and antiseptic.

Lemon digestive infusion

Ingredients :

> lemon peel

> a small pot of water

> a spoonful of honey

> a few drops of lemon

Cut the yellow part of the strictly organic lemon peel, boil it in water for a few minutes. Add, once poured into the cup, a teaspoon of honey and a few drops of lemon.

If you have bay leaves, add them at the end of the infusion, the stomach will calm down immediately. If you like the taste of ginger, add it fresh to the lemon peels, with a pinch of fennel seeds and one of cumin seeds . You have given yourself a very effective antibacterial and deflated addition.
