What causes depression and dissociative disorder?

Dissociative disorders consist of the loss of normal integration of one's memories, perceptions and identities. They are divided into dissociative amnesia (serious and extensive inability to remember important personal information, usually of a traumatic or stressful nature); dissociative escape (amnesia of some hours or months in which the inability to remember part or all of one's past is shown); dissociative identity disorder or multiple personality disorder (split into two or more identities or personalities that alternately take over behavior); Depersonalization disorder (persistent or recurrent feeling of being detached from one's body or from one's mental processes). These disorders, as well as depression, can somehow be linked to exposure to particular toxins that can affect and affect the normal functioning of the brain, creating damage that can also be permanent and / or irreversible.

We are in 2016 and children are direct targets of depressive and dissociative disorders ...

In my book, Path to a Healthy Mind & Body ( see note 1 at the end of the article ), I talk about how we can make our own habits that will lead us to optimal well-being.

Feeding our brains with what is needed to stay healthy is essential at any age. Our brain is composed of about 60% fat and 78% water. What can damage our brains and thus cause thought alterations and depressive moods are exposures to hundreds of toxins .

In this way the depressive / dissociative disorder appears in a new light that should lead us to ask how these toxins can target our children. Here are some examples of toxins found in foods and everyday objects.

Transgenic fats

First of all we are a nation ( see note 2 at the end of the article ) that still continues to consume transgenic fats . Our kids eat fried foods, chicken nuggets, crackers, fries, onion rings and fried shrimp dishes, just to name a few.

Transgenic fats have a half-life ( see note 3 at the end of the article ) of over 45 days. This means that our body can still interact with them after days that have been ingested.

Because it is important?

Because transgenic fats are toxic . They compromise cellular metabolism, interfere with all membrane function, restrict blood flow and increase oxidative stress.

Transgenic fats attack the hippocampus and promote the disconnection of emotional responses. The hippocampus directs bodily functions and is involved in long-term memory.

Chronic consumption of transgenic fats for over two generations can facilitate the development of manic behaviors . The wrong fats that are part of our diet will consequently have a negative impact on depression, digestion, pain and inflammation ( see note 4 at the end of the article ).

Sugar, MSG and Aluminum

Even known data on sugar can no longer be ignored. Which child does not love sugar? Sugar acts as a drug for a child's brain and can cause an increase in tantrums, depression and dehydration . The brain is considered an insulin sensitive organ that can penetrate the blood brain barrier.

MSG is a flavor enhancer and a neurotransmitter toxin. According to Dr. Russell Blaylock, the MSG excites the brain cells until they die. Children are the most at risk, especially when they eat junk food. MSG has been found in canned soups, fruit juices, crackers, jelly, broth and many others. This substance attacks the hippocampus. In people who are exposed to these toxins the brain's blood-brain barrier breaks for life. ( see note 5 at the end of the article ).

Aluminum damages the central nervous system . Aluminum is found in vaccines and TPNs in hospitals ( see note 6 at the end of the article ). This means that premature babies absorb more than 10 micrograms of aluminum per day in their IV therapy solution (intravenous therapy). Aluminum can accumulate in their bones and brains to toxic levels .

Aluminum is also found in drinking water, in deodorants, pots and pans, aluminum sheets and much more. Aluminum increases oxidative stress and damages DNA, promoting depression, chronic fatigue and difficulties with natural renal function ( see note 7 at the end of the article ).

Pesticides, electromagnetic fields, breast implants

Pesticides, such as Roundup Ready®, can increase the dissociative disorder. Pesticides increase anxiety and depression. Pesticides " act on the way to react to acute and chronic stress not only of the brain, but also of the immune system and the endocrine system ". And these pesticides can be found in baby food ( see note 8 at the end of the article ).

EMF electro-magnetic fields can affect children in school playgrounds, at home, through computers, TVs, mobile phones and wi-fi. EMFs can increase depression and suicidal thoughts. EMFs can increase the permeability of the cerebral blood barrier, as documented by articles written by Douglas McGregor (Depression and exposure of electromagnetic fields - see note 9 at the end of the article ).

Many young girls ask, and often receive, as a gift for their sixteenth birthday, breast implants rather than a car. Some of the substances contained in the prosthesis can accumulate in their young bodies increasing the risk of depression and causing learning difficulties. Dr. Susan Kolb states: " Many of the chemicals involved in breast implants are neurotoxic " ( see note 10 at the end of the article ).

Toxic drugs

The number one drug in the United States is Amilify . It is a drug originally created to treat manic-depressive psychosis and bipolar disorder. Now doctors advise taking Amilify together with an antidepressant. Many six-year-olds have been treated for attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) with this toxic drug. This causes irritability. Side effects include changes in white blood cell levels, changes in brain function and breathing. The last time I checked these features were important for life.

Cholesterol is necessary for the development of many functions of the body, including those of the brain. Statins seem to be the drug of choice for the elderly, but they are now thinking of prescribing them to children - in relation to the obesity epidemic. An article based on scientific evidence (Cable, 2009) has shown that patients who use statins have a higher incidence of neurological disorders, including depression, dementia and Parkinson's disease.

Having a healthy digestive system is the key to having a healthy brain. Drugs such as Zantac are advertised as a treatment for heartburn and stomach acid . However this drug may increase the risk of cognitive impairment. I have often seen that this drug is given to children. Instead, antacids taken to combat indigestion, actually cause a decrease in the enzymes needed to digest food and nutrients that are essential for proper brain function.

Fluoride was initially known only as a waste product from aluminum factories. However, the fluoride can be linked to changes in the permeability of the cell membrane. Dr. Robert Carton, a scientist who worked for 20 years in the US Environmental Protection Agency said, " fluoridation is the greatest case of scientific fraud in this century, if not all times! ". Fluoride has been found in the water supply, in the dentist's offices, in tea, in fruit juices, in toothpaste and mouthwashes, sprayed on vegetables and used in our favorite restaurants.

We all want our children to grow up healthy and happy . And this may be the right time to check if and how your child is exposed to toxic substances.
