Australian Bush Flower Essences: Veronica Pacella explains Ian White

Veronica Pacella, our co-operative nutritionist and naturopath, explains something about the seminar dedicated to the Australian Bush Flower Essences held by Ian White, a naturopath, homeopath and kinesiologist with twenty years experience, held from 1 to 4 June at Costermano del Garda, in the province of Verona.

Did you already use Australian Bush Flower Essences, even before your seminar with your patients?

Yes, I have been using Australian essences with my patients for a long time and often with surprising results.

It seems that even today White is committed to creating new essences. Did you explain something about this continuous moving research?

Yes, he talked about White Light Essences and Light Frequency Essences . There is a profound difference between these essences and the Australian Bush Flower Essences. The Australian Essences work on the psycho-physical level and are derived from the Australian Bushland plants.

The White Light and the Light Frequency Essence instead are obtained from the most sacred and ancient places in the world and work at a deeper level: the first on a soul level, the second on a spiritual level. They were conceived by Ian White to favor the evolution of the human being in relation to the evolution of the planet, so as to guide us during the passage towards the new era.

The latest novelty concerns the new organic line called Love system . It is a range of products, all with natural and organic ingredients, characterized by a formulation enriched with Australian Floral Essences. This line is born from the conviction that our body is the mirror of our emotions and that an effective and complete cosmetic line must take into consideration also the emotional part of each person.

It is interesting to know that, along with Brazil, Australia is the country in which there are the greatest number of flowering plants in the world. We have recently interviewed Claudia Mattiello, an expert on the subject of flowers that treat children. During the seminar we discussed the application of Australian flowers on different targets, I think for example, in addition to children, pregnant women, sportsmen?

Those who know flower therapy know that a synergy of flowers can be used on different age groups and in different targets. The Australian Flower Therapy works effectively and in a short time on current issues and for this reason Ian White has formulated ready-made combinations, that is a mix of essences, to be used effectively in the "moments of transition".

For example, there is Adol for adolescents, Equilibrio Donna for pregnant and menopausal women, Stress Stop to improve stress management, Concentration to improve concentration and learning, the very useful Electro to shield us from the numerous electromagnetic fields (PC, cell, tablet, etc ..) to which we are subjected during the day, and so on ... In the case of Sportspeople, the combined Travel that favors prompt recovery during travel and Energy is useful which favors the recovery of physical and mental energies.

We have seen that among the topics covered there is also the use of the Australian Bush Flower Essences in relation to the Meridians. Can you tell us about it briefly?

Ian White often refers to Traditional Chinese Medicine . His collaborators have shown that Australian essences favor the flow of energy flowing along the meridians. An emotion is related to each meridian: for example, if we work on the Liver meridian, the emotion related to it is anger. Combining the Dagger Hakea, essence indicated for this feeling, we will see an improvement along the whole Liver meridian.

Same thing with other essences like the Dog Rose, which grows along the watercourses and which for this reason works optimally on the kidney meridian, associated in MTC with the element Water, whose associated emotion is fear. Dog Rose is in fact indicated for people who live with banal fears and who often feel insecure. Some of the 69 essences are therefore able to work directly on the meridians. Moreover, as Ian White always remembers both in his texts and during the days of work of the seminar, the essences are self-regulating, rebalancing an excess or a defect.

The seminar provided indications on muscle testing to choose essences through kinesiology. What do you think of this integrated method?

During the seminar Ian White exposed some basic techniques of Kinesiology, a discipline that through simple muscle tests, provides information on the state of balance of the individual. In line with Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kinesiology combines the correlation between disorder and muscle tension: the response of the muscles varies when the mind / body system fails to react adequately to the various types of stress to which it is subjected.

A fundamental requirement is the neutrality of the operator, who must carry out the tests free of any conviction or prejudice, leaving the body to highlight the flower-therapy remedy suitable for the case.

What did this seminar give you, how much and how did it enrich you?

Although I had already studied Kinesiology, I was struck by the ease and immediacy with which Ian White was able to convey the teaching of these techniques. He suggested, during the practical test, to change a partner for each exercise and everything took place in total serenity and tranquility . We were 200 people, each with their own ideas and previous direct contact experiences, and White was able to create a positive environment in which the interactions between us were fluid and spontaneous .

He then devoted much time to the sabotage of the subconscious, explaining to us how much it conditions undergo all our conscious work and how much it hinders success in any field of our life.

In general, are you satisfied with the seminar? A hot feeling on White?

Yes, it was a unique experience . He and his wife, who accompanied him to the seminar, are two extremely positive people. With Ian one has the feeling that everything is simple and straightforward and that, as the great masters also claim, everything is already within us! At the end of each working day of the seminar he always reminded us to give us a round of applause because, he said, we are all wonderful beings: in fact it is really like that!

You are nutritionist and naturopath. When you provide flower therapy indications, do you also provide specific dietary information to ensure that the flower vibrations are "free field", do they act better without intoxication or consumption of foods unsuitable for the balance of each patient?

Power for me is the starting point. Each food has a different action on our body, closely related to the cooking method used. Different foods therefore have different effects on our metabolism and my first goal is to eliminate the eating disorder fields.

In psychosomatics the entire digestive canal, from the mouth to the anus, reflects the process of assimilation and processing of our emotions. The acceptance of reality (putting in the mouth, swallowing, digesting, absorbing) and integration with it (transformation of food into blood or feces) constitutes our model of relationship with the outside. Consequently, functional suffering, which does not yet result in pathology, of the stomach, liver or other organs is often the result, in addition to a disturbance field, also of a retained and somatized emotion.

In light of these considerations I work with nutrition by stimulating or supporting the activity of one or more organs, and I combine the flower-therapy so that it works by transmuting the negative emotion into its positive counterpart.
