Rough Bluebell, Australian flower remedy

Curated by Daniela Galbiati, naturopath

Rough Bluebell is an Australian flower remedy derived from Trichodesma zeylanicum . It promotes compassion and sensitivity towards others and helps to eliminate toxins from the body. Let's find out better.

Description of the plant

Trichodesma zeylanicum - Evergreen shrub that can reach one meter in height and 1 meter and a half in width. It grows in all tropical areas (Asia, Africa and India) and in all Australian states, except Tasmania and Victoria.

It belongs to the Boraginaceae family which includes the Forget-me-not and Borraggine. The stem is erect, branched, with a sparse crown, thickly covered with bristling and often prickly hairs. Leaves lanceolate, flowers with 5 petals, of intense blue color with a white spear at the center, similar to a tip, appear in groups on the ends of the branches.

The essence was prepared in the spiritual center of Australia, in the Olgas, also known as Katajuta by the Aborigines. The essence of Bluebell has also been prepared in the same area, and both act on the heart chakra.

The signature of the central spear of Rough Bluebell resembles a luminous spear that pierces the darkness of intense blue (darkness and negativity) to let the Light pass, love, like the spear of Saint George used to kill the dragon, symbol of evil and darkness, of our shadow, aspects that we have not yet integrated with love.

Other symbols of swords against the darkness of evil are found in Archangel Michael and in Tibetan mythology in Bodhisattva Manjushri.

Preparation and use

In a 30 ml bottle combine naturale natural water and ΒΌ brandy for storing the product; add 7 drops for each chosen flower. This personal mixture is taken 7 drops under the tongue, morning and evening, upon awakening and before sleeping.

The drops can also be applied locally as well, combined with neutral cream as a carrier, in the bath water or vaporized in the environment to create a harmonious place. They can also be prepared without brandy making sure they do not degrade (if necessary, the preparation is repeated). They can be diluted in a little water or herbal teas, even for children.

Useful addition to bath water for a detoxifying action on skin and body.

In local applications or in creams for skin irritations and dermatitis, combining oral administration.

Unlike Kangaroo Paw, who is indicated for those who hurt or ignore the needs of others in an unconscious way, Rough Bluebell is useful in cases where this is done, but in a deliberate, intentional and conscious way.

Bluebell favors the opening of the heart and the expression of deep emotions, even repressed, while Rough Bluebell helps to express love, to understand how to love and to be aware of one's potential.

Studies (The Essence, 1991) on the application of essence by psychotherapists working in the prisons of New South Wales are reported, obtaining considerable progress and changes in some prisoners.
