Bioenergetic approach to the Help Report!

First we outline what is an energy technique and to do this we know better what is widely known in the holistic field (pranotherapy and reiki), to then better identify and outline the peculiarities of the method in question .

Pranotherapy or Prano-Practice Pranotherapy, or according to a more correct definition, prano-practice, is a form of treatment that, through the re-balancing of energy flows in the body, stimulates the natural processes of self-healing. Based on the concept of vital energy that permeates all organisms. Pranotherapy is a form of laying on of hands and transmission of energy that has very ancient origins; in fact, in history, there is no lack of written testimonies that report the work of healers who, through their own hands, were able to treat people thanks to powers considered supernatural. The term pranotherapy comes from the word prāna, which in Sanskrit means "vital energy".

In the Veda philosophy, prāna is the expression of the life force and energy that sustains life, substantially comparable to the expression of Qi typical of Taoism. This vital energy is one of the central concepts of Yoga and Ayurveda, and it is believed that in each person prana flows within a system of thin channels called nadis. The term nādi literally means "river", "conduit", and represents the analogue of the energy meridians described in traditional Chinese medicine. The nadis connect to each other in particular high-energy points, called chakras.

When an energy imbalance occurs in a person, for example due to the blockage of energy flow or its stagnation, there are signs of discomfort and physical discomfort that can lead to real diseases. The practice of pranotherapy is based on the ability to perceive the "energy field" generated by the patient, also known as "aura", and to restore its balance in the event of illness. Pranotherapists are endowed with a greater vital energy than that of ordinary people, and for this reason they are able to bring benefit and cure the patient by giving him part of their energy. Therapists do not use any instrument or drug, but act only with the imposition of their hands on the patient's body.

Pranotherapists can manage to manipulate the patient's vital energy field through movements that, seen from outside, resemble a sort of "massage" of the air that is practiced a few centimeters from the surface of the patient's body. Thanks to these energetic manipulations it is possible to restore the energy field, realigning it, restoring its balance, removing the blocks that prevented the correct flow of energy and directly transferring its energies to the patient. With this specific action directed towards the energy field the pranotherapist does not "heal" the patient, but rather promotes his natural self-healing mechanisms.

The applications of pranotherapy. D when pranotherapy acts on the body's natural self-healing ability, the practice is recommended in all cases of inflammation or irritation of the organism (both acute and chronic) such as, for example:

  • headaches, migraines;
  • hernias, back pain, cervical pain, lumbosciatica;
  • various types of physical trauma (eg sprains, strains and muscle sprains, tendinitis ...);
  • joint pains (arthritis, arthrosis) and rheumatic, neuritis;
  • gastrointestinal disorders (eg gastritis, stomach acid, irritable bowel syndrome ...);
  • alterations of the endocrine glands, dysmetabolisms;
  • anxiety, psychophysical stress, nervous exhaustion;
  • depression, insomnia, sleep disorders.

Usually in the field of pranotherapy special dietary regimens that the patient must follow in order to accelerate the response of the organism and self-healing are also indicated. These behavioral indications are based on the principle that foods bring energy to the body, and their quantity and quality has significant influences on restoring the correct energy balance.

Reiki is a Japanese discipline that is increasingly entering hospitals as a support to traditional treatments. Reiki is an ancient holistic wellness technique, rediscovered and perfected in Japan in 1922 by master Mikao Usui and other Japanese masters of the time, based on mainly on meditation and listening to oneself, and on the imposition of hands (but not only and not predominantly), for the transmission of energy.

Reiki bases its power and effectiveness on the love and energy of the universe and finds innumerable uses. The term Reiki indicates a level of vibrational energy that is common to all living beings and that nourishes and keeps things alive. Being "Reiki Channels" or becoming "Reiki Operator" means to be in tune with that part of our being, soul, which is one with the universal energy. Basically, Reiki is based on the therapeutic regime of Hippocrates which aims to awaken and nourish the physis, the self-healing power of our organism.

The field of application of Reiki is the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. When an energetic block occurs, Reiki works by removing this block, letting the energy flow again freely.

It is an inner nourishment that is transformed into physical, mental and spiritual well-being. It is a non-invasive method, does not require or require any preparation, is suitable for everyone, without exception of age or physical condition. REIKI is a Japanese word that means "Universal Life Energy" and comes from the union of two concepts:

  • REI that we can call "Universal Energy" and is all that exists around us. It is a force present in different cultures of the world, it is called God or identified and personalized in a Supreme Being with which one can come into contact through various forms including prayer. Human beings who are aware of it or not are guided by this force, and through it are constantly pushed towards experience, love and the mystery.
  • KI which is a fundamental concept in Traditional Chinese Medicine, in Japanese energy and in the Martial Arts and which we can translate as "Energy flowing in the Body". The Vital Force that flows in every living organism. From the Indians it is known as Prana, in Traditional Chinese Medicine it is called Chi and from the Japanese it is called Ki, and it circulates in the internal organs and in the meridians of the human body.

The union of REI and KI gives rise to the word Reiki, which is used to define both the discipline and practice that uses Energy when these two forces come together. With the utmost simplicity, Reiki is transmitted by the operator by placing his hands on certain points of the body of the person who perceives a series of different, pleasant and intense sensations that are able to release tensions and channel a new life-giving energy into the body. universal, thus starting a healing process that involves the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

There is absolutely no need for any preliminary notion, no effort to try to understand what it is: slowly, each one of us with his time feels it flowing through us. And once perceived in us, it is much easier to hear it flowing in another person. This Reiki energy can be used at will, in any place and by anyone, requiring no predisposition or tool other than one's own will and intent. How does a Reiki session take place? The Reiki operator approaches or rests his hands on the body of the interested subject, so that the universal life energy can flow naturally into the areas of the body that need it most.

To receive a Reiki treatment, it is not necessary to undress, different points of the body are gently touched, from the head to the legs, focusing on the energy centers of the patient himself (chakra), and on the sites of pain or discomfort. Unlike other methods, Reiki does not involve the use of pressure, massage, rubbing or instrumentation. Reiki can also be practiced as self-treatment (self-help). It is indicated above all in helping professions, for those who work in social and health services, and it is also very useful for preventing phenomena of burnout, lack of motivation and work stress of nursing staff.

Reiki energy is often confused with pranotherapy, but there is a clear distinction to be made: Pranotherapy is based on the concept that the human body is an energy field through which prana or vital energy flows in order to eliminate blocks. and recirculating vital energy, to do this the operator gives up his excess energy. The Reikista, although based on the same principle and on the imposition of hands, does not give up his energy, but is a simple channeler of universal energy. Reiki is not to be considered a cure, much less a drug; one becomes an operator following theoretical and practical courses, during which in addition to knowing energy flows, their path and interdependence with the organs and systems of the human body, one undergoes a profound work of awareness that requires an intense stimulus to personal evolution.

The operators are mere human beings with their problems, their difficulties who have chosen to occupy part of their time in giving relief to another human being. Some people choose to become Reiki practitioners because having already gone through the ordeal of the disease, and found upon themselves excellent benefits from energy treatments, they feel an inner urge, a real desire, to relieve others as far as possible from suffering. Everyone is benefited by Reiki treatments, even skeptics, and no one is plagiarized or subjected to strange rituals or mental torture. Reiki, as a universal principle, does not instill false hopes nor profess any religion, but respects each of them, the essence based on Love and Brotherhood.

Bioenergy, Reiki, Pranotherapy and quantum physics. According to Albert Einstein, "all matter in the Universe is nothing but solidified energy, with a vibrational frequency lower than the constant speed of squared light". So energy and matter differ only in their vibratory frequency. The human body, in its material aspect, is nothing but an agglomeration of vibrational frequencies, which interact with each other, through biochemical reactions, through the exchange of information between energies with different frequencies.

Each physical mass is distinguished from the others by the structure of its energy frequency. For example we will have the Liver with its own vibrational frequency, which collects cells of equal frequency, determining the shape of its own mass. The same applies to all parts of our body such as: Bones, Muscles, Organs, Viscera, Fluids.

The Bioenergetic operator (Pranotherapist, Reiki, etc.), following the principle of vibrational influence, succeeds in bringing the receiver's frequencies back to their original state of well-being. In the specific case one of the main laws of Quantum Physics states that: "a higher energy frequency, which comes into contact with a lower energy frequency, influences the vibrational condition of the smaller energy".

What has just been said is the basis of every energy treatment! The Summa Aurea® method what it is and how it works The Summa Aurea® Method is both a set of techniques for managing one's own energy and the Universal Energy and at the same time a path of Personal Growth where one recognizes and faces one's own or others' existential conflicts. At the base of the Summa Aurea®,

as in Reiki, there are seminars for the acquisition of techniques to treat people or themselves with energy and which can only be reached after activations.

The activation that the trainer performs on the student is nothing but the shift of the student's frequency to a higher frequency. This procedure leads to a change of frequency in which the student can engage when preparing for a treatment. In the Summa Aurea®, particularly high frequencies are used also due to the use of 6 upper chakras which are normally little known and used in other traditions or paths. To these techniques are added breathing techniques, meditation and Vital Energy stimulation exercises that allow to combine personal abilities and energies with channeled ones.

In the Summa Aurea® it is as if we put together the capabilities of a pranotherapist with those of a Reiki Operator merging them into a single cohesive entity whose result is not the simple sum of the two capacities but is much higher. In fact, what has been experienced is that practitioners of Summa Aurea® techniques manage to arrive at states of consciousness that manifest themselves in Delta Waves and even Gamma and not predominantly as happens in other paths in predominantly Alpha Waves or at the Theta limit. This difference, as we have already said, makes it possible to enter a depth, an energy connection to a higher empathy and consequently ease and speed up treatments or interventions.

In the case of work on the well-being of the person which also includes a well-being of the mind, the consequence of the change of frequencies, due to the activation and use of the Summa Aurea® techniques, leads to the fibrillation of energy blocks, which are physical and psychosomatic blocks crystallized. These shaken by the change of energetic vibration emerge to the consciousness of the person as the generating conflict, bringing the correlated emotions into vogue. This process is fundamental to help the person see their own blocks and conflicts and the origins of their illnesses. Releasing the stagnant energy also frees the emotions related to it by acquiring the information that generated the block itself. In this way the person becomes aware of why he has had an energy block and learns to manage himself.
