For the skin it becomes an excellent and regenerating ingredient, used in particular as a massage oil. Here's how to prepare a delicate Ayurvedic vanilla massage oil . Ingredients: 50 grams of cold-pressed sesame oil, a vanilla bean, a cinnamon stick, the grated orange peel. Procedure : pour the sesame oil in a saucepan, and add a drop of water. Bring to temperature by slowly heating to low heat. When the oil reaches 100 degrees, the water bubble will break, it is the signal that oil must be removed from the fire. Then add the grated orange peel, the vanilla bean cut in half, and the crumbled cinnamon stick, leave to rest. Once it is cold, strain the whole with a dense strainer or gauze. Put in a dark glass bottle. It is kept at room temperature for six months.
The vanilla hair cosmetic recipe

Ingredients: 30 grams of sweet almond oil, 1 drop of rosemary oil, 1 of lavender oil, 5-7 drops of vanilla essential oil.
