It happens to many and especially to those who are victims of chronic fatigue that knows no season and assaults you when it assails you. Often it is also due to low blood pressure, poor quality of sleep, few stimuli and interests in everyday life.
There is also a real chronic fatigue syndrome, known as CFS which can be debilitating and brings with it a physical exhaustion of strength, insomnia, muscle pain, fever, lack of memory and concentration.
How we can easily guess the diagnosis is not so simple and the identification of the causes just as it ranges from multiple factors: viral infection, immunodepression, food allergies or intolerances, hypothyroidism, hypoglycemia, hypotension, neurological deficits.
We can help support those who suffer from it with some herbal remedies that stimulate the immune system, regulate blood pressure, help correct sleep at night, help the metabolism and correct absorption of sugars .
