Collective voice, concerted initiative between very brains, from the "tail", the final part of the G-20 originates a complementary council that takes the name of WS-20 . To rethink the world, help the planet and give a new plan of action to us, or the human beings that inhabit it.
The spirit of the WS-20
"We are already living in two worlds. One world moves ahead by inertia from the past, like a massive luxury liner drifting to the sea, while the other steps into the unknown, like a child entering the woods for the first time."
To explain the mission of the WS-20, let's imagine two worlds: the first has the appearance of a creature fallen into poverty, with a shabby body, weighed down by jewels of rust that become chains. The second has issued the first cry, it is a being with smooth skin and the intent not stained and the pure look that goes into the unknown. It seems a bit like the difference between an overflowing, chock-full vase and an empty jug of emptiness which is that the principle is the essential condition for having a dense content.
With the birth of the WS-20, it is as if the G-20, purely economic and political, had gained a "brother" with a holistic vision- oriented character and a frankly green thumb.
Deepak Chopra, a member of the WS-20, an authority in the field of care that goes through body and mind together, founder of the Chopra Center, sums up well the spirit of the WS-20: "Developed nations must ask themselves one question: what Is it good to be rich in a sick world? "
The members of the WS-20
The WS-20 is composed of soul and hemispheres of people who in different ways have "positively affected millions of people in every part of the world", as stated in the mission of the WS-20 . Scholars, researchers, artists, authors, philosophers, creatives, spiritual leaders, poets, people, in short, whose job has a lot to do with sensation, spiritual evolution, harmony that can envelop existence, balance who can shape it. People with a high positive impact, sources of inspiration and engines of raising consciences .
All the contributions of the members of the WS-20 will constitute the seeds of the first "WS-20 Declaration" which will be distributed by the Budapest Club to international media and public opinion on November 21st 2010 in Hong Kong, on the occasion of "Asia Consciousness Festival ". One of the most important names of the WS-20 members is that of an Italian entrepreneur: Marco Roveda. Roveda is the founder of LifeGate, a portal created to broaden the horizons of meaning of the citizens of the planet, expand its awareness, concepts that Roveda himself described and summarized with precious and very little abstract words: "Living with feeling. Making sense of one's own life Conscious consumption, respect for the ecosystem and all forms of life, looking for a rewarding job, being honest with oneself and with others, doing good, making true friendships, removing pain, fear and anger . Live life with joy. "
Let this statement of intent resound and, while we await the contributions of the WS-20, let us try to cultivate in the everyday what this council pursues on a global scale.
