  • 500 grams of Epsom salts

Method

Pour the coarse salt into a bowl and add the turmeric powder; mix well until the salt is evenly colored. Add the essential oils and mix again, then pour into a clean and perfectly dry glass jar.

Let the bath salts rest for at least a day before using them. At the time of use, add 4-5 tablespoons of bath salts in the hot water of the tub; stay immersed in water for at least fifteen minutes, repeating the anti-cellulite bath twice a week.
