the first level reiki seminar generally lasts two days and is essentially composed of the four activations that have the purpose of opening and activating the energy channels and the teaching of 1st level treatments that have the task of dissolving the energy blocks formed in the organism to restore its original harmony.

The activation ceremonies last a few minutes but combined with the other fundamental contents of the two days of the course they prepare the ground for the acceptance by the student of the right seed that prepares the start of the journey: they are the departure!

Then it will be up to the new traveler to practice what he has learned in a serious, constant and loving way so that the seed can grow day by day, slowly but inexorably within him.

The process of activations induces a very strong impulse to the energetic component that activates in the student the process of channeling and transmitting reiki.

Through the use of the symbols by the teacher, reiki himself contacts the will of the student and creates a bridge of connection between the teacher and the student who activates the healing energy as well as allowing the student an evolutionary leap, an obvious awareness, a constant and progressive karmic evolution.

Surely the acceleration of the karmic process is often at the base of the evolutionary and healing process: if pain and illness are consequences of karmic debts that must be extinguished, the approach to reiki could extinguish them in advance or with greater speed and energy.

The voluntary action to take responsibility for one's life path in all its aspects can be an important step for the extinction of one's karmic debt.

Reiki could act as a reward, a release from the past when we become conscious first and then responsible for our actions, our behavior and our thinking and their consequences.

This could be the explanation for the fact that often, those who undertake the most varied spiritual paths, not necessarily reiki, recover from diseases sometimes even defined as incurable by science.

The functions of the 1st level reiki activations are:

• activate and release energy channels to allow energy to flow freely in the physical body.
• progressively dissolve the energy blocks to allow a harmonic function of the physical body and release the karma accumulated in the past and in the present allowing an evolutionary leap intended as overcoming possible illnesses, obtaining harmony in the physical and in the existence tending to the most complete physical healing .
• deciding to approach reiki by attending the 1st level course is one of the greatest gifts a person can give to herself.

This time I do not want to go any further because I would like my readers to reflect on these brief arguments as well as those of my other articles that have been written to intrigue and stimulate those who are tempted to approach reiki but are never able to decide or to the curious but always incredulous.
