We then discover the cosmetic uses of jojoba wax .

Jojoba wax for the face

Jojoba wax is an excellent natural product for mixed and oily skins because it is quickly absorbed, non-greasy and has a normalizing action in case of excessive production of cutaneous sebum.

Those with mixed, oily and impurities skin can use jojoba wax to remove make-up in the evening, by pouring a small amount of oil on a cotton pad.

Jojoba wax is also an excellent anti-wrinkle product, perfect also in case of sensitive or irritated skin because it has soothing and calming properties on itching and redness of the skin. To moisturize the skin in the morning, just massage a few drops of jojoba wax on the face; you can also prepare a specific anti-wrinkle oil for oily skin by mixing jojoba oil and hazelnut oil in equal parts and a few drops of lavender essential oil (five drops every ten milliliters of oil).

To combat pimples and boils, instead, mix a teaspoon of jojoba oil with a teaspoon of white clay and add three drops of tea tree essential oil: the paste obtained is applied directly to the pimple and left to act for about ten minutes, before rinsing with water.

Thanks to its soothing properties, jojoba wax can also be used on the skin of babies and children to calm the irritation caused by the diaper: for this purpose it is used pure, massaging a small amount on clean skin.

Jojoba wax is also an excellent natural remedy for cracked skin of the hands and to combat dark spots that appear on the skin with age: add a drop of lemon essential oil to a teaspoon of jojoba wax and massage on the hands before going to sleep.

Jojoba wax for hair beauty

Jojoba wax is a natural product also ideal for treating hair, especially in the case of oily hair.

To counteract the excessive production of sebum from the scalp, add two drops of jojoba wax to four drops of essential oil of Clary Sage and rub the mixture on the skin; rinse with a mild shampoo after about ten minutes from the application and repeat the treatment at least once a week.

In the case of split ends, instead, apply the pure jojoba wax on the lengths and leave on for fifteen minutes, then wash the hair very well. Repeating the treatment from one to three times a week will result in softer and shinier hair and will prevent the formation of split ends.
