I don't know how many of you happened to do a zumba fitness lesson lately, I don't know if you've ever found yourself feeling the strength that is unleashed in an African dance lesson or if you are among those who have recently become passionate about tango . Or maybe you have danced classical dance for years, then you have moved towards contemporary, jazz, break dance, belly dancing, flamenco, new style hip hop, hip hop for children, aikido, lyrical jazz, gaad, pilates, pop, videodance, new frontiers of dance therapy.
