> moisturizing mask for the skin of the breast: the aloe vera gel acts as a natural moisturizer and regenerator that can also be used externally. Preparing it at home is very simple and fast, so you can use it fresh when you need it. Apply to the breast and leave for 5 minutes, removing it before it dries. In addition, the juice of half a lemon or a cucumber can be squeezed, both easy natural remedies with firming properties;

> treatment with essential oils for the breast with stretch marks : to treat stretch marks on the skin of the breast 15 ml of almond oil, 15 ml of wheat germ oil are used, in which to dilute 8 drops of borage oil and 3 drops of carrot oil: massage every night before bedtime or after bathing until completely absorbed, without exaggerating because the skin must absorb the oil, not be suffocated.
