During the year, often, we find ourselves wishing for a break of total relaxation or a holiday to switch off and start again with the right sprint.

Using your free time correctly, especially during the winter season when you tend to become more lazy and sedentary, is the antidote to regenerate both your body and spirit.

Treating yourself to moments of well-being and relaxation has a positive effect on our body and our spirit, thanks above all to the release of a substance present in our brain: endorphins, produced by our own organism, are able to improve our resistance to stress and fatigue by affecting positively on our mood.
