The causes of hemorrhoids

The causes that lead to inflammation of the hemorrhoids are different : first of all, an incorrect diet poor in fiber and rich in refined, spicy, spicy and salty foods such as sausages, cured meats and aged cheeses.

Furthermore, a sedentary lifestyle, and therefore little physical activity, because the blood does not circulate well, as does the excessive use of drugs, alcohol or smoke.

Constipation, especially if prolonged over time, is obviously a triggering factor for hemorrhoids. Finally, women during and after pregnancy can suffer more from this disorder as well as those with liver disorders.

The origin of hemorrhoids, however, can also be linked to genetic factors that involve, for example, capillary fragility and other physical problems that predispose to this disorder.
