  4. stress due to excessive mental overload : worries, sedentary work, anxieties about work or financial problems;
  5. stress due to emotional situations : relationship problems, loneliness, isolation, emotional closures, anger, nervousness, sadness, depression.

Essential relaxing oils for stress due to environmental causes

The essential oils to be used to calm the stress situations deriving from environmental causes are the following:

  • bergamot essential oil ;

  • geranium essential oil;

  • cedar essential oil .

The essential oils that allow you to rebalance the body after it has been subjected to this type of stress are:

  • essential oil of lavender ;

    For each oil you can dilute 3 to 5 drops each in an aromatherapy diffuser .
