Particularly stressful lifestyles, loss of immunity due to stress or inordinate or disorderly use of medicines, diet increasingly rich in yeasts, sugars, alcohol, proliferation of intestinal viruses that cause the factors described above, are bringing to an exponential increase in dermatological diseases, let us consider for example lichen sclerosus, a chronic disease caused by candida albicans which until a few years ago was considered a rare disease and which increases its incidence from year to year, bringing serious problems both physical and psychological to men and women.
Allopathic medicine mainly treats these problems with medicines, especially ointments containing cortisone, which although initially proves to be very effective, in the medium and long term risks aggravating the problem by treating only the symptom and being an immunosuppressant.
Homeopathy gives a very valid contribution to dermatological diseases, only by way of example I quote some very effective remedies: Thuya, for the immune defenses, Staphisagrya for inflammations, Nitricum Acidum for ulcerations and eczema, Sulfur for eruptions, pruritus, Calendula as soothing etc ... always falling within an overall framework of personal care and not just of symptoms.
A significant contribution is also given by Bach Flowers, above all in their Transpersonal principles studied and proposed by Professor Orozco which have considerably extended and deepened the use of Flowers also in the physical and physiological field.
Star of Bethlehem is recommended for all skin ulcerations and cracks and anything that can be considered as "traumatic" at epidermal level.
Vervain for redness and inflammation.
Crab Apple for everything that corresponds to "impurity": patches, secretions, etc.
Rock Water in case of skin hardening.
Mimulus with Star of Bethlehem in retractions.
Willow in case of chronic disease.
The flower essences can be applied, singularly or in cocktails, depending on the different pathologies, with wraps, gauzes or mixed on neutral creams or calendula-based creams.
This brief summary has absolutely no claim to be exhaustive, but offers only a hint of reflection on the use of Bach Flowers which transcends the most common field of application and which, having proved to be extraordinarily effective, must be deepened and experimented following the precious teachings of Prof. Ricardo Orozco.
