There are several natural remedies to combat foot odor . First of all, we dedicate a bit of attention to our feet and carry out a relaxing foot bath every night: we add a tablespoon of baking soda, an excellent antibacterial and natural deodorant to the foot bath.

Baking soda can also be dusted inside the shoes, to avoid the formation of unpleasant odors: remember to pour two or three teaspoons of bicarbonate inside the shoe, distribute the product and let it act all night; in the morning, we remove the baking soda before wearing the shoes again. The same treatment can be done with slippers and home slippers.

To combat bad foot odors we try not to wear closed shoes all day: during the summer months it is certainly easier because we can often use open shoes and sandals; in winter and in the cold months, we try to change our shoes often and wash our sneakers frequently.

In the case of bad foot odor, we must take care of personal hygiene and take care of the nails too, cutting them often and keeping them clean.

Of course you also need to wear clean socks every day and avoid wearing them when you can do without it, at night or when we're at home.
