Raspberry sorbet recipe
Ingredients
> 200 g of ripe raspberries;
> 100 g of sugar;
> 100 g of water;
> 3 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice;
> a few leaves of mint for decorating.
Preparation
Blend the raspberries with the mini pimer together with the lemon or lime juice, then strain them or strain them to eliminate the seeds.
In the meantime, prepare the sugar syrup by simply melting the water and sugar mixed together over a low heat.
Once cooled, add it to the raspberry puree. Transfer everything into an airtight bowl and place in the freezer.
After about 45 minutes mix it with the spoon, so as to avoid the formation of sugar crystals.
Put it back in the freezer and repeat the operation a couple of times, respecting the same times.
Blend then everything again before serving to chop the sorbet even more finely, making it creamy; freeze for a few more minutes and serve in cups or small glasses, decorating with fresh mint leaves.
Nb. In a 100 g portion of sorbet you will find about 120-130 calories!
