Enteroclisma: health benefits
Good intestinal functioning is synonymous with health: on the one hand the regular (and regular means one or two times a day) elimination of what is no longer useful to the body, is a sign of good vitality and health not only of the intestine, but of the whole digestive tract; on the other hand to eliminate the toxins and waste that our body daily introduces and produces, improves the health conditions of the whole organism.
Enteroclisma is therefore not only a remedy for constipation, but can also be used as a more constant intestinal cleansing practice.
Functions of the enteroclisma
The enteroclisma is a gentle and minimally invasive washing of the last intestinal tract, a natural and home depurative. It can be carried out comfortably at home with a cheap travel enema bag, available at the pharmacy. The main ingredient is water, which can be warm, warm, or slightly cooler than body temperature, and salt .
Salt prevents water from being absorbed by the intestinal walls and, with it, also toxins present and stagnating in the colon are absorbed.
Other ingredients for the enzyme are clay, coffee, chamomile infusion, bicarbonate, up to water frequencies and Bach flowers : each of these, added to water, has its own specific advantage.
It is useful to make an enteroclisma whenever there are problems of evacuation, especially constipation, in the case of excessively rich diet of fats and starches, in the cases in which so much meat and cheese are consumed: the enteroclicma cleans up the last stretch of the intestine up to the splenic fissure, and stimulates peristalsis.
Unlike laxatives, be they chemical or natural, the enteroclisma acts without irritating the intestinal mucosa, but only through mechanical washing with natural water. This prevents the bacterial flora from being compromised, since water has the only advantage of washing away the fecal deposits present in the intestine.
The enteroclisma should not be performed every day, as it could make the intestine lazy, no longer stimulated to normal peristalsis, and could impoverish the intestinal flora, because it does not allow the normal regeneration of the same.
