From the Hawaiian culture and tradition of the Polynesian islands, the mantra of "putting things in the right place" or "fixing things" is called ho'oponopono.

According to the ho'oponopono, it is a person's mistakes that become the triggers of a disease. Some believe that the error angers the gods or attracts evil spirits; according to other visions, it is the sense of guilt caused by a mistake that makes health weak and the body fragile .

Whatever you can think of, being angry, having a "dirty" memory for a long time hurts, it concatenates negative reactions.

Besides that, every person has things to fix in their life and sooner or later that perfect moment to do it arrives . If you still do not have a clear idea of ​​the path to follow, try to consider this type of psychological and meditative practice and humbly approach it, without having to buy books or strange objects.

The basic concept of the ho'ponopono meditative technique is to realize the truth that one's existence comes from within, not from the outside.

And that there is also a continuity with everything that is outside. Extensions of energy source, human beings are themselves creators of their own existence.

According to the principles of this philosophy vision, when one is willing to take responsibility for the total of actions , then what is right and perfect is manifested.

Reciting the ho'oponopono mantra

The first thing to stress is the fact that it is not at all difficult: through the constant practice of this specific and simple mantra, processes of reconciliation, forgiveness and conflict resolution are activated , useful above all when everything seems difficult or destined to collapse, but also when one is serene and happy.

Everything does not happen overnight, but at least 30 days of constant practice are needed to get to feel and experience the benefits and improvements.

The precise formula of the mantra to be recited is "I'm sorry, forgive me, thank you, I love you", slowly, articulating the words, with depth and awareness.

The whole mantra, including the final love, is directed to the inner Divinity that was not thought to possess, to which one apologizes for not having noticed it and then thanking himself; internal divinity that is both universal strength and divine energy.

You can recite the formula at any time of day or night, during a walk, a run or a bike ride, both loudly and in silence.
