Yoga festival 2018: on June 21st the International Yoga Day is celebrated



2018 Yoga Festival in Milan

The next venue that will host the Yoga Festival in its thirteenth edition will be the former Palazzo del Ghiaccio in Milan, via GB Piranesi 14, in the north of the city.

Built in liberty style, it has large and clean rooms, quiet and with wooden floors, natural light and ample space for schools, centers and libraries. There will be smaller rooms for private meetings and a special children's area.

How it will take place this year : the Yoga Festival includes meetings, conferences, presentations, conferences with many practical activities that will involve schools, holistic centers but also commercial activities dedicated to the material for yogic practice, bookshops and magazines.

There will also be freeclass for beginners and classes for more experienced practitioners. Surely large space will also be given to meetings with guests.

19, 20 and 21 October are the official dates of the 2018 Yoga Festival: foreign and Italian guests will take turns in the classes on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21, while on Friday 19 only the Masterclass will be active (the exhibition area will not be open), dedicated to those who are already on the path of Yoga and consider themselves already practical.

The special events of the Yoga Festival

Other side events and special themes will be the backdrop for the festival, dedicated to those who want to deepen the practice, to those who simply want to know, to children and to those who welcome a lifestyle connected to yoga.

> Know yourself : a path on awareness, to be present in everything you do, an exhortation that is also the theme of the festival

> Kids Park, the dates of 2/3 June (Indro Montanelli Public Gardens) will be especially dedicated to children, with a series of yoga events dedicated to children aged 5 to 11 organized by Spera Yoga.

> Always present the vegan restaurant, again this year with recipes designed in collaboration with vegolosi.it .

International Yoga Day, June 21st

Let's not forget June 21 next: we celebrate the International Day of Yoga, the International Yoga Day with interesting events and initiatives in Italy and around the world to celebrate this beneficial practice Made in India.

Anna Inferrera and Antonio Nuzzo will be the masters who will conduct the event in the Civic Arena from about 5 to 9:30 pm .

Participating is free, but it is important to register here.

Indian musicians will play ragas and an auspicious ceremony will take place on the stage officiated by swamis arriving from India; besides, the Consul General of India will greet all those present.
