Psychological type
The mustard type tends to be introverted, suddenly it is invaded by melancholy and sadness, it loses interest in everything that surrounds it, suddenly it lacks something, it feels like an orphan, it is separated from the Self. This separation creates to the type mustard much pain, a sense of emptiness, the things that I generally convey to him joy and interest appear as empty, nothing gives him relief.
The main characteristic of the mustard person is the sadness that suddenly arises, for no apparent reason. He doesn't complain to anyone, on the contrary he keeps his mood hidden, but as soon as the dark cloud has passed, he will return to being serene and joyful, at least until the next crisis arrives and so on ...
children
Mustard children are sensitive and introverted, they love to play alone and hardly make a fuss, they are very quiet. They have moments of very intense crisis, we can find them gathered in a corner crying and they can feel unloved by their parents. In some stages of a child's life this essence can help us a lot, for example, by entering elementary school, or through adolescence and puberty, I can give some advice to parents, who as we all know have a very important role to play in the growth of their children.
The mustard children are very deep, they experience infinite joys and emotions that other more superficial psychological types cannot perceive, they must be appreciated for this very reason for their interiority. They are not cheerful and should not even be pushed to be what they are not, often they love music, whispered stories, stories with very deep meanings, all this will make them over the years, joyful and serene adults.
What does psychodynamics suggest?
Psychodynamics tells us that disharmony mustard, often affects individuals who tend to suffer the environment around them, without ever asserting themselves, often I find myself facing adults with this disharmony and discover that as children they have been discouraged by their parents to externalize the their aggressiveness, especially the affirmative aggressiveness. Therefore we can read the crises of depression and melancholy, which cyclically manifest themselves, as true and proper pains of the soul, which, not being able to follow its path, makes itself felt in the form of deep sadness and melancholy.
Characteristic symptoms of mustard disharmony
The most frequent symptoms are endogenous depression, seasonal change depression, pre-menstrual depression, depression typical of adolescence, insomnia, lump in the throat, frequent crying spells, weak immune system such as being depressed, a feeling of tightness in the throat, oppression understood as the structure of the body that crushes another, for example (a cyst, goiter, tumor), carpal tunnel syndrome and finally asthma with a feeling of suffocation.
