The treatment of overweight is essentially based on the adoption of an adequate diet based on a correct diet and a constant and moderate aerobic physical activity to activate the metabolism and activities aimed at toning muscles.

A healthy diet, under the supervision of competent personnel (attention to DIY Diets!) Provides for a reduction in calorie intake ( reduction of portions but above all elimination of foods rich in sugars, sweetened beverages, hydrogenated fats, junk food, fried foods and rich in preservatives) favoring:
