National Tree Day, the masters of life

Establishing a world day for something that keeps us alive every day seems like the minimum. We are talking about trees.

On 21 November the National Tree Day was established and the Official Gazette also announced it with a decree dating back to 31 May 2016.

Let's see what this is all about.

21 November: national day of trees

It is good for the heart and for the whole body to know that in our country the National Day of the Trees is celebrated.

And it also makes a certain tenderness to read what is reported by the Journal: "on the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of the trees, the scholastic institutions, in collaboration with the municipalities and the regions and with the State Forestry Corps, take care of the planting in areas public, identified in agreement with each municipality, of native plant seedlings, also made available by regional forest nurseries, preferably of local origin ".

In summary, for anyone wondering what was the best way to honor this day, here it is: planting seedlings.

In accordance with the directives of the State Forestry Corps regarding the type of seedlings and the planting site, the celebration will become a real didactic moment in many educational institutions to learn about the soil, understand how to prepare the soil, and plant it.

For children (but also for adults) planting a seedling is so important, because it allows you to recontact that part that knows that things need a time to mature, to grow . Psychologically it is very important, the message that resounds is that of patience, of care that includes the ability to mature and to mature.

Trees are the oldest living things on our planet, they allow us to breathe and teach us that we can only stand up straight from our roots .

Throughout the national territory, dedicated meetings, round tables and seminars will be held, especially in schools but also within federations of trekking and hysterical walk.

The theme chosen for the 2015 day is " The father tree of food: towards a sustainable diet ", a theme that combines environmental value with that of food safety. And being close to Christmas, we can only suggest that you continue to celebrate with an ecological Christmas tree and opt for eco-sustainable gifts ...

Trees and inner change

If, from the point of view of citizen behavior, there must be greater attention to pollution, the production of waste and curiosity about the process of eliminating it, even from small attitudes we can make the difference on a larger scale.

For example, even if you are walking in the city, and maybe you are talking to an acquaintance or a friend who is somewhat distressed by some problem, moving the axis of attention and bringing your gaze back to a tree helps first of all to relocate, even if we are alone and worried, we really are.

Without the trees we would not live and we should not forget that trees are a source of inspiration for many motor disciplines, from yoga to tai chi chuan; so many imaginative cues (stimulations that the teacher gives to the practitioner in order to make him better perceive the energy and physiological process) start right from the trees.

The trunk, also anatomically, takes the name of the trunk of the trees and it is so important to keep this part of the body in a state of continuous well-being, as the vertebral column is our "pillar" and the well-being of the vertebrae also influences that of the internal organs and vice versa.

Since ancient peoples trees have been the object of worship, a reminder of medicine. Hugging a tree is a beautiful gesture, but you should also take the time to listen, say, let go. You don't hug a tree and you're just fine, you hug a tree and let everything or nothing happen.

And usually what we could call everything happens, the most important thing: the mind calms down, the heart connects, the roots sink . These are the predisposed for inner change.

Good world day of the tree, be rooted and soft, fixed and floating. Look at the trees, thank them in silence often.
