In fact, the shortage of CO2 caused by hyperventilation and the consequent poor tissue oxygenation also influence the accumulation of adipose tissue .

Therefore certain tips, rules or practices should not be underestimated in order to help the body burn fat, strengthen and tone up also thanks to the breath .

The correct answer for the organism should be the first, imitating in this the children, who manage to scream for hours precisely because they use the diaphragm to breathe!
