Do you know what nutrigenomics is ? Nutrigenomics is the science that studies the effects of food on gene expression, in practice the way in which the information contained in DNA is transformed into proteins.
In fact, food is able to modulate how DNA expresses itself, that is, how it activates some genes and how it suppresses others, ie how it is able to repair itself or generate pathologies. Nutrigenomics therefore makes us aware of the food that can feed us and what can only harm us. It therefore represents an important link between allopathic medicine and alternative medicine.
Modern nutrition is poor, artificial, refined, toxic and high-calorie.
Nutrigenomics allows us to better understand what the effects of food on our gees are and to intervene in a more targeted and personalized way even with the use of food supplements.
