Taraxacum officinalis contains triterpene alcohols (taratol, taraxerol, beta amirine, armidiol); sterols (stigmasterol, beta-sitosterol); vitamins (A, B, C, D); phenolic acids (caffeic, p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid), amino acids, inulin, pectins, choline, bitter principles (tarassacin), mineral salts, all valuable substances for the body.
