Yoga in the open air!
First of all, with the arrival of summer we can finally return to look out of the walls for practice: if it is not too late in the evening or too early in the morning you can enjoy a little yoga immersed in nature or in a city park. We do not underestimate this opportunity as a simple remedy for stress and a privileged setting for our asanas!
At the beginning, we mentioned the laziness typical of the period that could wrap us and distract us from our daily activities, including yoga. Well, if loosening the pace can certainly be healthy, avoiding one's work and family duties or abandoning the practice is far from desirable.
