Herbal teas for the heart

        The yellow flowers left to dry are used in herbal tea. It can also be combined with hawthorn.

        Ingredients :

        > 50 g of primroses,

        > 25 g of lavender flowers,

        > 15 g of hypericum,

        > 10 valerian roots.

        Preparation : boil 1/4 liter of water, turn off the heat and leave a heaping teaspoon of this mixture for about 4 minutes, sweetening with honey to taste.

        Use : in the evening after dinner, a cup for about 15/20 days

        Properties : anti-stress, anti-neurosis, anti insomnia.
