Horsetail herbal tea

Ingredients:
> 2-4 teaspoons of dried horsetail
> 150 ml of water
Preparation : put the dried teaspoons of horsetail in hot water for 10-15 minutes, filter and sweeten to taste with honey
Use : drink several times a day and when the need arises
Properties : remineralizing, astringent, hematopoietic, that is, that help the process of cell formation in the blood

Nettle composite tea
The nettle, as well as known for its purifying and anti-inflammatory properties, is perfect to reconstitute and re-mineralise the organism that is put to the test by intense physical activity, such as running; mint, mallow, caledula and the rest of the herbs contribute to giving a refreshing and emollient touch
Ingredients :
> 30% nettle,
> mint 20%,
> 20% marigold,
> rosemary 5%,
> 20% mallow,
> 5% cornflower
Preparation : put 10 grams of the herb mixture in the tisane maker, dip it in a liter of boiling water and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Use : drink one to three cups a day.
Properties : remineralising, emollient, refreshing, stimulating.
Grass-fed composite tea
The herbal tea thus obtained is formed by refreshing, detoxifying and toning plants; wheatgrass is also known for its anti-inflammatory and disinfectant power thanks to the presence of polyphenols, saponins, triticina and essential oil.
Ingredients
> a pinch of dried grass,
> one of dried sweet clover flowers,
> one of mallow
> one of dandelion .
Boil the water with the herbs and leave in decoction for two minutes, then in infusion for another 10 minutes, filter. Add a few hints of licorice root or some fennel seed to taste.
Use : drink a couple of cups a day, preferably between meals.
Properties : detoxifying, refreshing, invigorating.
