Bergamot: fruit, juice, essential oil
The fruit of the bergamot, green, wrinkled, pear-shaped, has a bitter taste that is very pleasing or very little, without middle ground. This is why bergamot is often not eaten as it is, but wedges or juice are used in the kitchen to create fresh and aromatic dishes.
More often, bergamot essential oil is used in the kitchen to flavor and enhance fruity flavors, as well as for its relaxing, antidepressant, but also antibacterial properties (it will be fine to create natural scented household cleaners).
