Use and practical advice on Verbena essential oil
Verbena Odorosa essential oil is indicated in case of stress, insomnia, anxiety, tachycardia, fever, rheumatism and digestive difficulties
For massages : 2 or 3 drops in carrier oil to be massaged on the temples in case of headache, to promote sleep. On the abdomen to calm the breath, calm anxiety and promote digestion.
In the bath : 5 drops of essential verbena oil in a handful of coarse salt to be dissolved in the bath water. Helps to combat rheumatic pains, muscle spasms.

Background
