These small ulcers are not contagious, although there is a tendency to pass them genetically, and we realize that they are about to form because an inflammation appears in the affected area. They usually vanish in one, at most two weeks.
The causes of the formation of mouth ulcers
Among the alleged main causes leading to the appearance of a mouth in the mouth there may be:
- a poorly balanced diet lacking vitamin B12, iron, folic acid; it has been seen that even certain foods, such as walnuts, pineapples, spices, gluten or dairy products can promote the appearance;
- a period of severe stress, fatigue or emotional trauma;
- immune system disorders or genetic factors;
- intestinal imbalances;
- injuries caused by the use of a toothbrush, for example, or dental equipment;
- young age or adolescent age and female sex (menstrual period, hormonal factors) determine a greater probability in the development of the afta.
Natural remedies for mouth sores
To overcome the pain and make the mouth ulcers disappear first, here are some tips and a natural remedy .
Supply
Take care of your diet, check what you eat: avoid spicy, overly acidic, too cold or too hot foods for a while. Also eliminate alcohol, obviously if you also smoke cigarettes.
Increase the dose of fruit and vegetables, of foods containing B vitamins, iron, vitamin C and folic acid. Go ahead then to legumes and whole grains .
Tea tree oil
