    Natural remedies for mouth sores

    To overcome the pain and make the mouth ulcers disappear first, here are some tips and a natural remedy .

      Supply

      Take care of your diet, check what you eat: avoid spicy, overly acidic, too cold or too hot foods for a while. Also eliminate alcohol, obviously if you also smoke cigarettes.

      Increase the dose of fruit and vegetables, of foods containing B vitamins, iron, vitamin C and folic acid. Go ahead then to legumes and whole grains .

          Tea tree oil
