A desire for greenery: tea ice cream
A delicate, surprising, fresh and very green dessert, able to delight your summers and brighten up the palate of friends and relatives: matcha green tea ice cream is rich in nutrients and can be served either alone for a rich snack, but also as an accompaniment to gluten free chocolate cakes, for example, or together with fresh fruits of bright color contrast, such as blueberries, blackberries, strawberries or raspberries, or even decorating with small black sesame seeds and leaves of fresh mint. Here is the basic recipe.
