Inspired also by the arrangement of the seven chakras of the Indian tantric tradition and their characteristics, we have distinguished seven levels of intense experiences.
These seven levels of experience constitute a reference base for interiority and an energy health modality, reinforcing the structure of the person. These "seven beauties" are not constantly perceptible, but they are always there, at the bottom of consciousness.
Let us now specify the seven levels of the body-mind that have proved important in our work.
FIRST
The first level is to feel weighed, or to root, on earth, to feel the matter of one's body, one's own body.
SECOND
The second level is that of belly sensations: sensuality, the feeling of one's belly as a reservoir of energy, the sense of fusion, the pleasure of contact.
THIRD
The third type of experience is related to the identification of oneself, to being oneself, to feeling strong and determined, to have a full right to existence.
FOURTH
The fourth level is being there with the heart, being moved: of life, of the relationship with others, of art, in particular the art of music and movement. In short: open your heart to love, enthusiasm, well-being.
To a first degree we know how to move us in the face of beauty and goodness, in a mutable but not permanent way.
To a more advanced degree, on the other hand, there is selfless love, which asks nothing in return. We realize our own nature of love.
FIFTH
In the fifth level we allow, we live and we feel the expressive flow coming out of our being. Here we refer above all to the gestural and vocal expression, that is to the free dancing expressiveness and the creative liberation of the voice.
SIXTH
The sixth level is centered on meaningful images that give inspiration, especially on the symbolic images that come from certain aspects of the natural world: earth, stones, plants, rivers, sea, clouds, air, animals, landscapes.
At this level we can also have insights into our behavior and how to improve it.
SEVENTH
The seventh level is characterized by a total openness towards the "up", towards the sense of things that is intuited, without coming from our elaboration. This can happen when the consciousness is emptied, when we make space. This is meditation: making space inside, taking away everything, and this is possible when the first six levels are satisfied. In short, when the whole body-mind is relaxed the mind can reach that level of expansion so that we intuitively feel that everything has a value on a mysterious plane, which surpasses us and that includes us: the plane of the spirit.
When we manage to hold the mind for a few minutes as an "open cup up", or as an empty space, we can have this gift of meaning.
In this spiritual state we feel the impulse to beauty, to goodness, to harmony.
We are welcoming the universal spirit that is poured into our soul.
