Here are some numbers. Nearly 40, 000 pounds of garbage are removed from the ocean in less than a year. There are about 15, 000 pounds removed from the coasts of the United States, slightly less than those taken from the Bahamas, just over 2, 000 from Haiti, 1500 from the Philippines, 1500 from Norway, 500 from Montserrat, 300 from Canada. An ocean bracelet born from the ocean

The idea of ​​launching a bracelet to support cleaning actions was launched last March, immediately finding favors and success .

About one pound of rubbish is removed for each bracelet purchased. Each bracelet is made from 100% recycled materials ; each bead comes from recycled glass panes, while the rope is made entirely from recycled plastic bottles.

How do you clean the ocean?

As illustrated by the video, the 4Ocean Association operates cleaning through three ways : cleaning the beaches in the first place, because most of the plastics that end up in the ocean come from the coast; then we move on to cleaning the areas offshore and between the sea and the coast, thanks to the five 4Ocean boats that sail the oceans in search of garbage, seven days a week.

Finally, working and cooperating with other water cleaning organizations, such as Deep, Pura Vida, The Tropics, Atoll Volunteers, just to name a few.
