Holistic aromatherapy
The term aromatherapy indicates the use of aromatic essences, also called essential oils or volatile oils, for the attainment of well-being, to prevent disease or to treat morbid diseases. Aromatherapy is therefore a holistic practice that acts on physical, mental and spiritual processes through the use of non-oily essences, concentrated in some areas of medicinal plants : flowers, resin, bark, roots, peel, leaves and fruits. These oils are volatile fractions obtained from plants by steam distillation.
A good perfume makes us feel good. In addition to the endocrine and immune systems, aromatherapy involves all related cognitive areas. In this case we can speak of thin aromatherapy. It is enough to think of how much importance perfumes refer to the sexual sphere of each individual (such as essential aphrodisiac oils). Applications in this area can be environmental diffusion, aromatic baths, fumigations, saunas.
Thin aromatherapy
The term thin aromatherapy refers to the use of the so-called essential oils in a non-physical way, turning the attention exclusively to the care of the soul, if we can thus define the set of mind and unconscious and spirit.
The intent of subtle aromatherapy is therefore to totally rebalance our internal vibration, using different techniques such as auric massages, the mechanism of balancing the chakras and the increase of the person and the conscience, also thanks to meditation. All without any physical contact between operator and subject.
It's all a matter of observation. About what? How essential oils interact with the subject's mind using his sense of smell. The removal of energy blocks will therefore be correlated with aspects of the personality of the individual. The essence will use the right vibration to tune the consciousness with the outside world.
