Children and kindergarten: how to encourage insertion

Children and kindergarten, the first meeting may not be easy. There are children who fit first and others who have more difficulties, in any case the inclusion at school is a delicate moment. The attitude of the parent can contribute more than is thought to the good insertion of the child in the kindergarten; if, in fact, the adult is anxious and worried, the child will feel these negative feelings and will tend to live the entrance to school more anxiously; if, on the contrary, the parent shows calm and proposes the kindergarten as a joyful and amusing place, the child will be more serene and eager to enter and be a part of it.

Another way to help children love kindergarten is to be interested in the activities they do: they usually ask themselves "have you eaten?" Finally, it may be useful to invite some known friends to kindergarten to play at home to further foster relationship development and fellowship.

Children of two and a half years: nursery or nursery school?

Children and kindergarten: what to do at two and a half years? If the child is two and a half years old, can the problem of choice arise: nursery school or nursery school? Many nursery school teachers are not in favor of the entry of children of two and a half years because often, before the age of three, the children are not ready to face this completely new adventure which, in a sense, represents entry into society.

In reality, however, it cannot be generalized and depends very much on the individual child. If the child has already reached a certain degree of autonomy he will probably not have great difficulty entering the nursery school. Otherwise, it is good not to hurry and wait for it to be ready. It is possible to ask for insertion even at the beginning of the school year, to give him time to grow a little more; you can, for example, take advantage of the long holidays of the Christmas period and place the child in January.

If you want to place a two and a half year old child in the nursery school it would be better to opt for the spring sections, specially designed for the little ones.
