Why a day for fibromyalgia

World Fibromyalgia Day is celebrated on 12 May in the squares of the main Italian cities in order to raise awareness about a little known syndrome, difficult to diagnose, debilitating and chronic, highly debilitating even in the workplace and personal.

For example, in Veneto, in Belluno, a course is organized with rheumatologists, physiatrists and experts and a public conference; all on Saturday 20 May.

Palermo instead dedicates two days, on 11 and 12 May, between training courses and information conferences on the latest treatments, novelties, knowledge of the pathology.

In Milan, the appointment is in Piazza Lima, near Corso Buenos Aires, with the CFU-Italia group, the association "Beyond the bars-art therapy in prison" and SICS, the Italian School for Rescue Dogs; in conclusion DongFangLei-Kung Fu School will demonstrate Taiji tanglang quan.
