  • To preserve the beauty of hair at the sea, it is very important to shampoo with fresh water as soon as you return home . The choice of shampoo is always important, but especially when you go on vacation at the beach and wash your hair every day.
  • Avoid working your hair with a brush and hair dryer and, above all, do not use the plate, at least on days when you are on holiday at the beach. You prefer a more natural hairstyle, which does not stress the hair too much.
  • Take care of your diet, trying to moisturize your hair even from the inside. Drink at least two liters of natural water a day and eat lots of seasonal fruit and vegetables.
