As for nutrition, we know well that drinking about two liters of water a day and consuming at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables during the day are very important habits to keep the body healthy, and also to slow down the appearance signs of aging ; beauty foods in fact allow to counteract the action of free radicals through their antioxidant action and this results in less wrinkles and in a more elastic and more toned skin.

All foods rich in vitamins, carotenoids and flavonoids are part of beauty foods: green light for fresh fruit and vegetables, dark chocolate, green tea; fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins and carotenoids, green tea and foods rich in selenium also help protect against damage caused by excessive sun exposure, thus slowing down the process of skin aging.
