3 natural oils against wrinkles



Vegetable oils are very precious ingredients for beauty : first of all they moisturize, soften and nourish the skin; secondly, vegetable oils have a powerful anti-wrinkle action thanks to the content of tocopherols, carotenoids, sterols and phytosterols, antioxidant substances that help counteract the action of free radicals.

Furthermore, the fatty acids contained in vegetable oils have regenerating and repairing properties on the skin and help to improve the appearance, elasticity and tone of the epidermis, counteracting sagging skin.

Thanks to their concentration of oleic acid, linoleic acid and antioxidant substances, Argan oil, Avocado oil and Rosa mosqueta oil are among the most effective vegetable oils considered to fight wrinkles and the effects of aging cutaneous: we see three simple recipes to exploit the anti-aging properties of these vegetable oils available in herbal medicine.

Anti-age cleansing cream for face and body

This cream based on Rhassoul powder, Avocado oil and Argan oil, delicately cleanses and, in addition to the purifying action, nourishes and restructures the skin .

It takes just a few minutes to prepare it:

> 50 grams of Rhassoul powder

> 15 grams of Avocado oil

> 10 grams of Argan oil

> 25 drops of geranium essential oil

In a bowl, add the Avocado oil and the Argan oil to the rhassoul powder. Mix the ingredients well until the dough is smooth and without lumps. Finally add the essential oil and stir. Store the mixture in a glass or plastic container with a lid and a wide mouth. At the time of use, remove the quantity of product to be used with your hands; massage on the wet skin of the face and body, then rinse with water.

You can use this cleansing cream every day or alternate use with your normal detergent .

The product can be kept for up to three months, away from light and heat.

Anti-wrinkle face mask with avocado oil

Once or twice a week prepare and apply to the face this purifying and moisturizing mask with avocado oil, suitable for mature skin to minimize and prevent wrinkles:

> 3 tablespoons of ventilated green clay

> 1 tablespoon of Avocado oil

> 2 drops of geranium essential oil

Mix the oil with the clay to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the essential oil and stir. Apply to the skin of the face and leave for about ten minutes ; rinse with warm water before the clay dries.

Regenerating night serum for the face

This anti-wrinkle serum is useful for firming the skin around the face and fighting wrinkles; Rosa mosqueta oil is indeed rich in retinol, an active form of vitamin A, which has firming properties and stimulates cell repair .

> 50 grams of Rosa Mosqueta oil

> 3 drops of essential rose oil

> 2 drops of geranium essential oil

Add the drops of essential oil of rose and geranium to the vegetable oil of Rosa mosqueta. Mix and store the oil in a dark glass bottle, preferably with a dropper. Apply a few drops of oil on the face and neckline every night before going to bed .

The oil keeps for about three months away from light and heat sources.
