10 drops of each essential oil are mixed in 30 ml of almond oil, 5 drops of jojoba oil and 3 drops of carrot oil .

Massage on the area at least twice a day for a few minutes, until a pleasant sensation of heat is released.

In the period of application of these oils it is forbidden to expose yourself to the sun: they can in fact produce spots on the balls, because they are photosensitising.
